Connect with a group of beginner climbers, all 50+ years in age, under the guidance of an experienced instructor in this 1-hour class. This course covers how to warm up your body for climbing, the basics of bouldering techniques, how to down-climb and protect your knees, how to navigate different climbing terrains, types of climbing holds, and more! No experience necessary.
Registration for this class also includes one week of membership to Horizon Climbing, beginning on the day of your class! Membership includes unlimited access to the gym during business hours and free yoga classes.
