We are currently building over 3,000 square ft. of climbing wall surface in our facility. Thank you for your patience as we ensure the walls are properly and safely constructed. In addition, we are installing strength training boards for all your training needs! We hope you look forward to our fitness section including squat racks, dumbbells, and cardio equipment.

Our opening set of boulders is almost complete!
We had some amazing routesetters come in from out of town to create some awesome boulders!

Our climbing walls are fully constructed. We will begin routesetting soon! We are working on finishing up other tasks around the gym, like painting the walls! We are on track for opening in early August. Please enjoy our beautiful mural by Leslie Kimble.

Rockwerx has been hard at work! This boulder is fully complete. They are now working on securing the panels to our other two boulders.

Current Construction Update (as of 5/25)
We received our building permit from the city of Champaign on 5/13! We are now working on upgrades to our main room lighting. Our climbing wall manufacturers are on track to install the main bouldering walls next month.

We have installed the Tension Board 2!
The TB2 is truly such a fun training board. It has a mix of wood and plastic holds in a mirrored layout which provides unique opportunities for training exercises.

We will be installing a TB2 in our climbing training room!
First look inside our building!
We took down the drop ceiling to create more vertical space for our climbing walls.
3D scan
We did a 3D scan of our space in order to finalize our climbing wall designs. Rockwerx will begin manufacturing our steel climbing wall structures in the next few weeks.
We named the scanner Burt! He cute.
