Roles: customer service, point of sale, giving orientations to new climbers, monitoring for safety.

We are looking for warm, kind, and outgoing individuals to work at our desk!

This position is for individuals who have an interest in routesetting but have little to no experience. Priority will be shown to those who will be living in Champaign-Urbana long term. Routesetter apprentices who successfully complete the program will have the chance to apply for a permanent spot on the setting team.

To apply for this position, you must have experience routesetting commercially or for competitions.

We are looking for energetic and kind people who enjoy working with kids. When hiring, we will be prioritizing people who know how to speak and interact with young kids over people who know a lot about rock climbing. Our main instructors will handle the bulk of the climbing instruction during camps. Your job will be to supervise and create a fun yet structured environment for the campers.
