The Horizon Routesetting Apprenticeship program is designed to provide an opportunity to learn the trade of routesetting for those with little to no experience. Throughout the 12-week program, apprentices will shadow the setting team, assist with the forerunning/testing process, learn workplace safety and hold attachment standards, and receive direct guidance on how to create successful commercial boulders. Those who successfully complete the apprenticeship program may be invited to apply to join the Horizon setting team.
