Strength and Mobility Yoga

Yoga will be on Friday this week instead of Thursday!

Build strength where it counts. This one-hour yoga class targets your core and stabilizer muscles while improving mobility for climbing & beyond. Expect a fun and challenging flow that unlocks stronger movement. 

We provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own!
