Yoga and fitness classes are free for members or $5 for day pass users. Sign up in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins will be accepted if space is available.

Mondays:

Alternating between HIIT and Bodyweight Strength with Frank at 7:30PM

Tuesdays:

Yoga Basics with Tanya at 6PM

Thursdays:

Strength & Mobility Yoga with Sarah at 7:30PM
